Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached)
• Items must be in their original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• Final sale items, personalized items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at talk@restoreiuradiant.world or call +1 (480) 941-2140 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if available
3. Include the original receipt or order confirmation and the RA number
4. Ship the item to our return address (provided with your RA number) using a trackable shipping method
5. Retain your shipping receipt until your return is processed

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, etc.)
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
• Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at talk@restoreiuradiant.world or +1 (480) 941-2140. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us to expedite the process.

Late or Missing Returns

Returns received after the 30-day return period may be denied. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
